Note: For the best charging speed, please strictly follow the operation sequence: ① Plug the power supply firmly (compatible with NEMA 5-15 & 5-20 &6-20) → ② Long press the ‘A’ button to set the current to the maximum 16A → ③ Connect the vehicle; at the same time, confirm that your vehicle supports an input power of more than 3.84KW (16A). Please note: Use a stable circuit and avoid extension cords or old sockets; When the battery power reaches 80%-90%, the vehicle will automatically switch to protective slow charging (normal phenomenon)

When charging is abnormal, please check: ① Make sure that delayed charging is not triggered (the screen displays 00:00, press and hold the clock button for 3 seconds to reset); ② Turn off the "timed charging" or "charging limit" function of the vehicle APP/screen; ③ If the screen reports error 03 (grounding wire problem), press and hold the clock and current buttons for 3 seconds at the same time to turn on the grounding-free mode to confirm that there is no problem with the charger; Note: When using our charger, please be sure to use a socket with a grounding wire to prevent leakage); ④ For other faults, please provide the screen error code + video, and we will solve it for you quickly.
